GENERALBy commissioning my art, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.ART STYLE & SUITABILITYYou understand and accept that my art style is Anime illustration, which fully represents my identity as an artist.I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel I am not the right person for the work (e.g., style mismatch, complexity beyond my ability, or content I'm uncomfortable with).
ORDERING PROCESSBefore starting a commission, you are expected to gather all detailed brief information (reference images, pose, size, expressions, props, etc.).I do not provide services to collect references, create concepts from scratch, or do research for you before the commission begins.Important: You must contact me first to confirm availability and price before making payment.PRICE & CHANGES-Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price agreed upon at the start of the commission will remain valid for that commission.CONFIDENTIALITY (EMBARGO)If you want the artwork to remain private until a certain deadline (e.g., surprise gift, scheduled release), please tell me before payment.If no embargo is requested, I have the right to display the artwork in my portfolio (social media, website, etc.).SPICY COMMISSIONSBy ordering an SPICY commission, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.PAYMENTSAll payments will be made through VGen/Paypal.REVISIONSSketch phase (B&W): I will provide multiple sketch options. Client can: Pick one,Request partial modifications (e.g., change expression, hand pose),If none are liked, client may ask for a new sketch (reasonable, no extra fee).After a sketch is chosen and I start coloring: Small changes like facial expression or hand pose are still allowed.Changing the entire pose or main composition is strictly prohibitedAfter final: Small technical flaws (lines, color) fixed free (max 2x within 3 days). Not for style preferences.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYTurnaround time is 2 weeks or more, depending on details and complexity. The sketch usually finishes in less than 1 week.I will inform you if progress is faster than expected or if there is a delay.I do not accept rush orders, even with extra payment. Reason: the result would be poor and damage my portfolio.USEPersonal Use (included in standard price)Posting on social media (with credit to me)Using as an avatar / banner / iconThumbnails for streaming or video clips (non-commercial)❌ Prohibited even for personal useUsing the artwork for training or developing AI in any form (generative AI, datasets, etc.).Commercial Use (separate license, additional fee)If you wish to use the artwork commercially, you must discuss and pay for a commercial license in advance.
